Black Beauty Choc Cake

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera, happy weekend..
Adeh, nak cita la pasal Kek yg Moist tapi keja ala2 tak semenggah ni ha.. Jd la Kek yg x berapa nak biuutiii.. Kunun jln2 kat umah Mas aritu terguda kat Kek Mas, lagipun lama x buat kek cekelat ni.. pas tu gatal2 nak buh topping..sbb topping ade lebih aritu.. huhuuu.. lain yg nak buat lain jdnya.. x pe la yg ptg sodap..tapi as x bakar, as kukus sbb suka yg kukus2 nih..rasa lbh moist kot..eh...sama je kot..eh..eh.. entah ya...Mas, minta ijin c&p rcp ya Mas..

memula nak wat camni.. tapi sbb jiwa kacau sket, white choc tu menitik plk..maka jadi lah...



Ingredients ( A ) :
  • 2 cups  flour
  • 3/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons bicarbonate soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
Ingredients ( B )


  • 2 cups custer sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk ( i used fresh milk )
  • 1 cup cooking oil or melted butter
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate emulco
  • 3 eggs
Method :

  1. Sift together all ingredients in A. Set aside.
  2. Mix well all ingredients in B.
  3. Pour ingredients B into A and mix well.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 c for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Oven temperature and time of baking may differ.( As steam for 45 minutes)
